CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER
Location: Plaza Toreo
Work Modality: Call Center
What will you do?
- You will fulfill orders previously placed by our customers in the US.
- You will collect payment for orders.
- You will answer questions.
- You will promote product repurchases.
What do we offer?
- Monthly base salary: $12,000 a $15,000 MX
- Monthly bonus of 10% (based on meeting targets)

Hours of operation:
- Monday through Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
DAY OFF: SUNDAY
Requirements:
- High school bachillerato: completed.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center (preferably in sales or customer service).
- Excellent customer service attitude and cross-selling skills.
- Conversational and written English level B2-C1.
