As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent in the e-commerce area, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-level customer support in English and Spanish.
- Investigate and resolve issues that are reported by buyers/sellers/creators such as checking order and logistics status
- Responding to inquiries, managing orders, returns, and resolving issues.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the company’s growth.

Requirements:
- High school diploma (transcript, academic record, or certificate).
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center as a bilingual customer service agent (or similar).
- Required English level: B2
Preferred:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or marketplaces.
